Undergraduate Diplomas & Bachelors' Degrees: 

The duration for undergraduate studies at AAI is 36 months or less. 

• The total tuition fee for the one-year duration (Level 4 Diploma - University 1st year completion Diploma) or (Level 6 University Graduate Diploma) study is 

1. Local Students: MUR 100,000

2. International Students: USD 4,000  

• The total tuition fee for the two-years duration (Level 5 Extended Diploma - University 1st & 2nd year completion Diploma) study is

1. Local Students: MUR 150,000 up to MUR 180,000

2. International Students: USD 4,000 

Progression to the final one-year Bachelor's degree - BA(Hons) or BSc(Hons) on successful completion of the Level 5 Extended Diploma.

Postgraduate Diplomas & Masters' Degrees: 

The duration for postgraduate studies at AAI is 18 months or less. 

• The total tuition fee for the one-year duration (Level 7 Diploma - University postgraduate Diploma) study is 

1. Local Students: MUR 100,000

2. International Students: USD 4,000  

Progression to the final stage-year Master's degree final stage (MBA, MA or MSc top up - Dissertation only) on successful completion of the Level 7 Diploma.

ASCENDING ABILITIES INSTITUTE offers entry scholarship and academic scholarships ranges 10% up to 40% on tuition fees.

Accommodation (Single)

Upon students’ registration for studying at AAI, students will receive a list of house agents regarding their accommodation in Mauritius.

• 200-500 USD per month (depending on the type of accommodation)

• Living costs minimum 100 USD per month (including food, transport...)

VISA / STUDY PERMIT

In Mauritius, the Passport and Immigration office offers study permit services at no cost. However, students must meet certain requirements before Ascending Abilities Institute can submit their study permit application to the Immigration office. CLICK HERE for more information.

START DATES/DEADLINE:

• End of January 2025 (apply, submit all documents and pay initial deposit on or before 28th December 2024) OPEN FOR LOCAL & CLOSED FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT

• End of March 2025 (apply, submit all documents and pay initial deposit on or before 28th January 2025) OPEN

• End of May 2025 (apply, submit all documents and pay initial deposit on or before 28th March 2025) OPEN

• End of July 2025 (apply, submit all documents and pay initial deposit on or before 28th May 2025) OPEN

• End of September 2025 (apply, submit all documents and pay initial deposit on or before 28th July 2025) OPEN

• End of November 2025 (apply, submit all documents and pay initial deposit on or before 28th September 2025) OPEN

Automatic Adjustment to Next Start Date:

• If a student applies for an intake but does not meet up before the start date, their application will automatically be moved to the next start date.

• The student will be notified of this change.

Policy for Missing the Next Start Date:

• If the student does not join the next start date, their application and any fees paid will be canceled.

• The applicant will need to pay the application or registration fee again to reapply.

Consideration for Unforeseen Situations with Valid Proof:

In cases of unforeseen situations, the student's application will remain open for up to 12 months.
